We offer delivery of our products across the globe. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Box address, so you must provide full street address with postal code / zip code and telephone / mobile number. In case you are not at home our shipping partners in most cases leave a card behind. When you are back do call them back and arrange your shipment delivery. Most of our shipping partners give 2 to 3 attempts for delivery and after three consecutive failures they keep the goods in their custody. You need to get in touch and reschedule the delivery or collect from their warehouse.
We use to send an email confirming the shipment of the order being placed, as soon as the items are handed over to the Courier Company.
VAT & Custom Duties
1. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. VAT / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government.
2. International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict where they will occur; as policies vary greatly from nation to nation. They are entirely your responsibility.
3. The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on case to case basis.
What if any Delays
Times to ship the product is: 30 days for evening dresses and 40 days for wedding dresses, but sometimes due to situations beyond our control, delays may occur. No refund, returns, replacement & exchange will be entertained for this reason. Dates for delivery are approximate only and we are not liable for any delay in delivering your order or any part of it.
All custom made and made to measure orders are non-returnable. Items ordered at Tony Chaaya Haute Couture are based on the measurements provided by you, therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom made and made to measure orders. Please note before dispatching any item we keep an image for our records.
